There are many options for schooling in the Las Vegas valley. I’ve reached out to a few of the charter schools to do Q&As based on your questions. If you have a question about a school, email me at and I will track down the info that will help you with your child’s education. There’s many options, it can seem overwhelming, and we’ve all been there!

Charter Schools

The Clark County School District has a long list of charter schools across the Las Vegas Valley. This can be a good place to start.  I will list charter schools that have been vetted by local parents who like them. If you have an experience with a local charter and want to share what you like about it, please leave a comment or feel free to email me at!

Delta Academy
818 West Brooks Ave.

I was able to talk to the staff at Delta Academy and loved how they crafted their learning programs to work with each individual student.

“Charter schools have the flexibility for staff and parents to come together and make adjustments and changes to provide a better experience for the families and the students,” said Kyle Konold, PhD., superintendent of The Delta Academy. “We work with each student, their learning style, their goals, with our learning models. It’s about the student first.”
